Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you do need to return your item you have 10 business days to do so. There are no exchanges unless there is a circumstance approved by our team. To be eligible for returns it must be unused, in the original packaging( the Wundrus Exclusivbox it came in, you do not need to return paper items that were in the box), with in the same condition you received them.

Non returnable Items:

Items marked as final sale, or preorder items.

Worn, used, or damaged items.

Contact our customer service team with in 10 days of receiving your purchase.

We will provide you with return authorization.With in 14 business days.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Please pack the item securely and send it back using your preferred shipping method.
